Service Description
Lash clusters are a type of false eyelash designed to create a fuller, more dramatic lash look with added customization. Unlike traditional strip lashes, which come as a single band, lash clusters are small groups of lashes bonded together at the base. They are available in various lengths, thicknesses, and styles to suit individual preferences.
Cancellation Policy
Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. They go toward your scheduled service. • Please note there is a $10 pricing difference between locations. • HelioSkintrix LLC reserves the right to waive cancellation fees under special circumstances. • Appointments must be confirmed via the automated system. You’ll receive a confirmation text and email three days prior to your visit. Unconfirmed appointments will be automatically forfeited to allow space for the waitlist. • Cancellations or rescheduling must be done at least 48 hours in advance to avoid additional fees. • No-call/no-shows forfeit the deposit and are responsible for the remaining balance of the service. • Late Policy: You’re allowed a 15-minute grace period. After that, the appointment will be canceled. • Clients 17 and under must be accompanied by an adult. • A valid card is required on file, and all cards are subject to a 4% processing fee.
